⚠️ Be sure to perform a quality inspection (hydraulic pressure test) after piping installation.

👉 After installation, potential pores that were not detected during manufacturing may appear due to the stress of construction, which is characteristic of cast products.

⚠️ Consider the installation environment before installing the piping.

👉 In environments with a risk of corrosion, localized corrosion may occur, resulting in short-term leakage.

👉 In corrosive environments, use corrosion-resistant materials or products with anti-corrosion coatings.

⚠️ When installing pipes with screws, use “Teflon tape” and “Stainless Steel Thread Sealant” together.

⚠️ Excessive screw tightening or impacts can cause deformation, resulting in poor assembly or leakage.

⚠️ When installing, be sure to follow the product specifications.

👉 Our products are screw-connected products. Avoid welding or other unauthorized joining. Due to the nature of cast products, welding stress can occur during welding, which can cause structural changes and lead to leakage.

⚠️ Do not disassemble the ball valve.

👉 Unauthorized disassembly or assembly of any ball valve components, including the handle, may result in defects.
👉 When installing the ball valve, secure the hexagonal or octagonal sections of each connection (body, cover).

⚠️ Protect the product from direct sunlight or rain during storage.
